The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted the proposal of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina to order a one-month detention for the inspector of the Ministry of Interior of the Republika Srpska, Nedeljko Lubara.
The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a decision ordering the detention of the suspects Bojan Roguljic and Nedeljko Lubura, which according to this decision can last for a maximum of one month, counting from the day of their deprivation of liberty, that is, from August 11.
Detention is ordered due to the existence of a risk of escape, fear of destroying, hiding, altering or falsifying evidence and traces important for criminal proceedings, influencing witnesses, accomplices or concealers, and fear of repeating the crime.
Bojan Roguljic and Nedeljko Lubura are suspected of having committed the criminal offense of organized crime in connection with the criminal offenses of human smuggling, assisting the perpetrator after the commission of a criminal offense, abuse of official position or authority, and forgery of a document.
