On the occasion of the Statehood Day of B&H, the council of the national Bosniak minority of Zagreb organized the sixth “Days of B&H films in Zagreb”, which will be held from 25-30 November at the Europa Cinema in Zagreb.
The film “Episode in the life of an iron picker” by Danis Tanović will open this event on 25 November (Statehood Day of B&H), and after that, two films will be projected every evening.
The moderator of the festival Đelo Hadžiselimović has chosen 20 films, of which 10 of them are premieres. Also, films such as “Adria Blues” of Miroslav Mandić, “Ja sam iz krajine, zemlje kestena” of Jasmin Duraković and the documentaries “Pacijent” of Zdenko Jurilj, “U potrazi za porodicom” of Chris Leslie and Oggi Tomić, “Rob” of Pjer Žalica and”Planet Sarajevo” of Šahin Šišić will be screened.
Also in the program are films such as “S mamom” of Faruk Lončarević, “Halimin put” of Arsen Anton Ostojić and “Za one koji ne mogu da govore” of Jasmila Žbanić. The interest of the audience attracted film such as “Valter brani Sarajevo” of Hajrudin Krvavac and the documentary “Mirza Delibašić – legenda” of Miroslava Benković.
