Days of Istria Begins in Sarajevo on Friday

istraThe official opening of the Days of Istria in Sarajevo will be held on 24 January in hotel ‘Europe’ at 19:00.

The Days of Istria in Sarajevo, which will last until 27 January, will be organized by the FB&H Chamber of Commerce and in cooperation with the Embassy of Croatia in B&H and hotel ‘Europe’.

The aim of the project is to improve economic cooperation of the two sister cities of Sarajevo and Pula, through the presentation of the best that Istria can offer in the culinary and enological areas.

During Days of Istria in Sarajevo, wine producers, master chefs of renowned Istrian restaurants will present to visitors and business partners, who will teach B&H chefs and visitors how to make Istrian specialties.

During the event, hotel ‘Europe’ will enrich its culinary offers with authentic Istrian dishes.
