Government of FBiHOn today’s 152nd session, the Government of the Federation of BiH, has adopted a several decisions including the privatization of 14 companies.

The Government of FBiH today gave approval on the Plan of Privatization and Financial plan of the Privatization Agency in FBiH for 2015.

The plan included companies for which public calls for sale have been repeatedly published, in which the state capital is minority, as well as those companies which have worked negatively in the previous period and recorded an apparent decline in capital.

It is about 14 companies, and those are: Bosnalijek d.d. Sarajevo, Energopetrol d.d. Sarajevo, Energoinvest d.d. Sarajevo, Aluminij d.d. Mostar, Hidrogradnja d.d. Sarajevo, Remontni zavod d.d. Travnik, Šipad export-import, Željezara Zenica, KTK d.d. Visoko, Agrokomerc d.d. Velika Kladuša, Konfekcija Borac d.d. Travnik, Fabrika duhana Mostar, PS Vitezit and Holding company Putevi BiH Sarajevo.

It is evident from the plan that these are the companies with bad financial image, market uncertainty, and generally, without the significant changes in the choice of methods and was of sale, was announced from the Government of FBiH.
