Delegation of BiH presented Report to MONEYVAL

commiteeOn the 51st Plenary Session of the Committee of Experts on the Evaluation of Anti-Money Laundering Measures and the Financing of Terrorism, a monitoring body of the Council of Europe (MONEYVAL) held from 27th to 29th of September 2016, BH delegation presented a first report on progress in the fourth round of MONEYVAL Report for BiH.

Quorum of the Plenary sessions of MONEYVAL unanimously adopted the first report on progress of BiH and supported the conclusions of the analysis of the Secretariat, and especially emphasized the importance of the adoption of the Decision on the implementation of UN resolution 1373 by the Council of Ministers of BiH.

BiH was invited to submit the next progress report and request for exit from regular monitoring procedure by September 2017 or 2018.
