The delegation of the Committee for Social Policy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic will be on a working visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina from June 1 to 5, it was announced from the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The delegation is led by the chairman of the Committee for Social Policy, Lumir Kantor, and includes Committee member Martin Bednar, and Committee secretary Vaclava Brabcova.
During the visit, the delegation will hold meetings with representatives of entity ministries, parliamentary committees, health institutions, international organizations and civil society organizations in Tuzla, Brčko, Banja Luka and Sarajevo.
The program includes visits to projects focused on child protection, demographic resilience, employment support, health cooperation, and maternal and neonatal care. The delegation will also meet with representatives of UNFPA BiH, UNICEF BiH, local partner organizations and institutions involved in social policy and health system reforms.
The aim of the working visit is to strengthen cooperation between the Czech Republic and Bosnia and Herzegovina in the areas of social policy, healthcare, child protection and family support, as well as further improvement of partnership in development and transformation projects, announced the Embassy of the Czech Republic in BiH.
