Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina general secretary Adnan Dzemidzic and executive director of the sports sector Elmir Pilav met today in Sarajevo with representatives of the Ministry of Health of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The overriding goal of today’s meeting was to find the best possible solutions due to the current situation caused by the appearance of the coronavirus, so that football players could return to training sessions and to continue competitions organized by the FF BH.

The meeting concluded that the start of the training process for footballers will be carefully followed, but only after the competent state and entity authorities have taken decisions to mitigate the measures currently in force due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Training periodisation and preparation plan will be determined in accordance with the recommendations of the competent health institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

A meeting with representatives of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of Health and Social Welfare is also planned.
