Dino Merlin Opens Up Like Never Before, Reveals Story Behind New Album Song

The biggest Bosnian and Herzegovinian (BiH) music star Edin Dervishalidovic, better known as Dino Merlin, has released a new album, and the lyrics of the new songs are the subject of numerous discussions.

The verses, which as usual everyone understands in their own way, are the charm of the new songs and Merlin’s art.

Dino Merlin explained how his songs come to life in a post on social media.

As he said, he did not have the money to provide his greatest love with a wedding, so now he has dedicated a song to her.

“Sometimes songs happen in a close period of time, and sometimes they are traumas from decades ago. On this project, there are many such situations,” said Merlin.

One of those is that he could not afford a wedding, a ceremony, and a first dance for his love.

“After so many years, over 40, I wanted to immortalize that moment and in that way give her the first dance.”
