According to many, the best tennis player of all time, Novak Djokovic, spoke to the media on Saturday ahead of the start of the third Grand Slam of the season, Wimbledon.
The unofficial world championship in tennis starts on June 29, and Djokovic touched on the ongoing World Championship in one part.
It is known that Djokovic won Wimbledon in the last three World Cups in Brazil (2014), Russia (2018) and Qatar (2022), and the tennis player himself has now said that he loves football and follows everything that happens.
“Of course, it’s nicer when you watch the matches in front of the TV than when you’re playing, so not everyone is completely focused on your match. But that’s okay. It’s the way it is,” Novak Đoković points out.
He repeated that he thinks Portugal will win, and he revealed who he is cheering for.
“Of course, for Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia. I always support national teams from the Balkans and the region. France is playing fantastically. These are truly impressive national teams. I think Portugal will win the World Cup,” said Djokovic, Klix.ba writes.
