Dm Drogerie Markt is the most desirable Employer of 2016

According to the research that investigated the most desirable companies for employees in BiH, Dm drogerie markt is the most desirable employer of 2016 in BiH.

At the gala ceremony held in the Home of Armed Forces of BiH, for the tenth time in a row companies that have been chosen as the most desirable employers got their tributes.

The project ”The most desirable Employer” is organized every year and it begins with a quarterly research that serves as a basis for a final list of the most desirable employers. Sponsor of this research was ekupi.ba company.

On the list of ten most desirable employers are Al Jazeera Balkans, Authority Partners, Violeta, UniCredit Bank, Nelt, Raiffaisen Bank, Nsoft, HIFA Group and Alma-Ras.

The most desirable employer in the category of finance is SBERBANK BH, and for the Fashion&Retail category DEICHMAN.
The most desirable employer in FMCG Category is AS Group Jelah. In the category of distribution the most desirable employer is ORBICO, and in the category of retail for the first time ever bh. Retail chain Bingo won the first place.

In the category of oil and gas HOLDINA, and in the category of manufacturing BOSNALIJEK. For the most desirable employer in ICT category the first place went to Atlantbh. In the category of public enterprises the most desirable employer is again BH Telecom, while the first place in the sector of media went to the TV house N1.

This year’s winner of the prize for the most desirable employer is dm drogerie markt, one of the biggest drugstore chains in Middle and East Europe. Dm drogerie markt have been on a bh. Market for ten years now.

The first shop was opened in Sarajevo’s neighborhood Dobrinja in June 2006. Nowadays, dm drogerie markt has 61 shops in 35 cities in BiH and it has around 500 employees. Over a time of 10 years dm drogerie markt has become a leading company in the category of drugstores.

This research included respondents from different parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The average age of the respondents was between 26 and 30 years.

According to the research, the most desirable characteristics of the employers are positive working environment and treatment of employees. On the second place employees stated that they appreciate security of tenure and opportunities for the professional development and progress, while salaries are on the third place.

Of total 19. 100 responses that have been collected over a period of three months, 740 companies have been nominated. The gala ceremony was attended by many guests including ambassadors, representatives of leading companies, representatives of international organizations, as well as political and business communities of BiH.

Strategic partner of this project was Klix.ba, sponsor of the ceremony M SAN Group. The ceremony was also supported by Swiss Embassy.
