The President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik said “that the absurd situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina has been going on for too long”.
He said that “the RS remained on the side of the letter of the Dayton Peace Agreement and that it also shows its character”.
“From the beginning it was clear that the Dayton Peace Agreement was a transitional document. They don’t even hide it anymore, and the question is towards what, towards a unitary Bosnia. We don’t agree,” said Dodik.
He claims that the activities of the high representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Christian Schmidt, are also directed against the RS.
“Now they are chasing us with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” said Dodik and added that “it is absurd that someone who has not been confirmed in the United Nations Security Council is imposing laws.”
“Even the opposition in the RS refused to cooperate with him, except for Jelena Trivić’s People’s Front party,” said Dodik.
He claims that in BiH “more than 280 laws were illegally imposed in BiH with a high representative and that this is now being continued with a court process in the Court of BiH”.
Dodik told TV Happy that big affairs are connected to Schmidt in Germany and that “if Schmidt was honest, he would never accept what he is doing in Bosnia and Herzegovina”.
“The Germans didn’t want him, Angela Merkel didn’t know what to do with him. And, suddenly, Valentin Inzko resigns and Schmidt arrives.
Merkel didn’t know what to do with him, they didn’t want him. Since he was her associate, she sent him here,” said Dodik, Raport.ba writes.
