Dodik angry because of the Decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH

The president of the smaller Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) entity – Republika Srpska (RS), Milorad Dodik got angry after the Constitutional Court of BiH made a series of decisions on the issue of state property on the territory of the RS entity.

Dodik claims that session (on May 30th and 31st) of the Constitutional Court shows “all the ruin of BiH” and that, as he is convinced, the Constitutional Court has long been a political, not a legal, body.

“Making decisions that cancel all sorts of things, speaks of the fact that they have lost their compass and are not in the function of defending the Dayton BiH, i.e. the constitutional BiH. They are the creators of a new BiH and that BiH is only in the interest of one people, and they will, obviously, lose that battle,” said Dodik.

Dodik reminded that the smaller BiH entity previously stated its position and will act accordingly, forgetting that the entity which is only one part of the state can only act in accordance with the laws and the Constitution of the state. The position is that the Constitutional Court of BiH, by protecting property and preventing the attempts of individuals to get rich from it, is violating its own rules by again blaming all foreigners in the Constitutional Court.

“The fact that they accepted to work and break their own rules, in which only domestic judges can be members, presidents and vice-presidents of the Court, collapsed yesterday with the fact that a German citizen is the vice-president of the Constitutional Court. When you add to that the fact that he is a German citizen and false High Representative, then it tells about how and what Germany is planning to do here. I think they’ve messed up and their decisions don’t have the force they used to have. Any decision that cannot be implemented makes no sense. What they did is completely unenforceable and should be viewed as such.It is a classic proof of the destruction of the Dayton Agreement,” said Dodik yesterday.

Milorad Dodik has planned and is trying to convince others with scandalous statements that these decisions destroy the Dayton Agreement and the RS entity.

“The Americans say from the mouth of Murphy, their ambassador, that not one of their citizens said that RS should be destroyed, and they do it every day. They think that people are naive and do not see what is being done there. Obviously, Murphy’s volunteerism, as well of other other ambassadors to BiH, German and British, are behind these decisions of the Constitutional Court.

These decisions almost paralyze BiH, it is removed from the map of the European path,” underlined Dodik.

In the end, he recalled the European path of BiH, and in addition to talking about the secession of the RS, he did not forget to emphasize that he is still working on the European path of the state of BiH. He said that these decisions are “anti-European decisions and are not in line with the efforts of the RS to follow the European path”, Radio Sarajevo writes.
