Dodik Insults The Highest BiH Institution

Milorad Dodik persists in marking January 9th as the Day of Republika Srpska (RS), even though it has been declared unconstitutional and despite the fact that numerous actors have received sanctions from the United States (U.S.) and the United Kingdom (UK) because of it.

In Banja Luka, preparations are underway for marking the unconstitutional Day of RS. On this occasion, the Office of the High Representative (OHR) also issued a statement, reminding that the marking of January 9th represents a clear disregard for and non-implementation of the final and binding decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH).

Ahead of the central marking of the unconstitutional day, a ceremonial academy was held in Banja Luka. When asked by our reporter how he would celebrate the Day of RS, given that the Constitutional Court of BiH has twice declared January 9th unconstitutional, Dodik, in an uncivilized response, insulted the highest institution of the state.
