Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik has invited the presidents of all parliamentary parties at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina, both the government and the opposition, to a meeting on May 14 in Doboj.

“The UN Security Council has clearly and unequivocally sent a message that the way out of the constitutional and legal crisis in BiH should be found by domestic politicians,” Dodik said.

He stated that “the most influential members of the international community, the USA, Russia and China, have emphasized that dialogue is necessary, that decisions on internal relations must be made by legitimately elected representatives of the people, and that they recognize the importance of the Office of the High Representative in supporting the implementation of the civilian aspects of the Dayton Peace Agreement.”

“In accordance with the atmosphere that prevailed at the UN Security Council session and the messages that were sent, I am inviting the presidents of all parliamentary parties at the level of BiH – both the government and the opposition – to a meeting. I call for discussion and agreement on regulating relations in BiH based on the Constitution and the Dayton Agreement,” Dodik said on the social network “X.”

He suggested that the meeting be held at the “Park” hotel in Doboj on May 14, starting at 2:00 p.m., Srna news agency writes.
