High Representative Christian Schmidt has officially taken over the duties from his predecessor Valentin Inzko at a handover ceremony at the OHR headquarters in Sarajevo. The ceremony was attended by the ambassadors of the Peace Implementation Council Steering Board and the State Secretary of the German Federal Foreign Office, Miguel Berger.
