Dodik leaves the RS Government Building in East Sarajevo

Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik has left the building of the Administrative Center of the RS Government in East Sarajevo, where he had been since yesterday, a BHRT reporter reported.

Recall that members of the Republika Srpska Ministry of Internal Affairs last night prevented inspectors of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) from serving Dodik with an arrest warrant in East Sarajevo.

According to announcements, Dodik will attend the opening of the building of the Rectorate of the University of East Sarajevo and the Academy of Music today.

Almost two months ago, Dodik signed decrees that brought into force laws prohibiting the work of the Court of BiH, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and SIPA on the territory of RS.

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has meanwhile issued an arrest warrant for Dodik, as well as the Prime Minister of RS Radovan Višković and Nenad Stevandić, the head of the RS National Assembly.

They are suspected of the criminal offense of attacking the constitutional order of BiH.
