Former RS President Milorad Dodik said today that several referendums will be held in the next few months, with the first of them expected to be held as early as September. He said he would explain to Serbs that RS must leave Bosnia and Herzegovina if there is no permanent agreement, and announced a declaration of self-determination and a referendum on independence.
“We will hold a referendum and demand that the will of the Serbian people be respected. At the end of September, we will translate this into a law in the RS National Assembly, which will demand the return to the constitutional position of the RS. If this is not done, within a period of 90 days at the latest, the RS will hold its own referendum on independence,” Dodik said.
