“The indictment against the President of Republika Srpska (RS), Milorad Dodik, is a direct attempt by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and political Sarajevo, with wholehearted support and assistance, i.e. the creation of the United States (U.S.) Embassy in Sarajevo and directly by Ambassador Michael Murphy, as well as Great Britain and the European Union (EU), to annul the institutions of RS chosen by the will of the people in the democratic elections,“ it was said from the Cabinet of the President of the RS, Milorad Dodik, after the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an indictment against him.
“The filing of an indictment against the President of RS for signing the Decree promulgating the Law passed in the National Assembly of RS (NARS), which is his constitutional obligation, is intended to annul not only the President of RS, but also the National Assembly of RS as the highest legislative authority in the RS, as well as to annul the Constitution of the RS itself, according to which the president of the RS explicitly acted by fulfilling his constitutional obligation to promulgate the Law adopted by the NARS as the highest representative body in the RS elected by the people of the RS,” it was said from theDodik’s Cabinet.
They also stated that the indictment against the president of RSaims to annul the Serbian people in RS who elected two representatives to the NARS and the president of RS and obliged them to act according to the Constitution of RS“, pointed out Dodik’s cabinet.
For these reasons, for Dodik’s cabinet, this indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH is more than a political indictment, “it is a classic act of oppression of the Serbian people in the RS, which aims to deprive them of the right to their own representatives, institutions and their own Constitution, which everyone in the RS is obliged to respect.“
“The President of the RS was accused because he executed the explicit provisions of the Constitution of the RS and did not allow the Constitution of the RS and its institutions to be superseded by anyone and anything, especially not the decree of an unelected foreigner without any legitimacy, Christian Schmidt,” noted Dodik’s cabinet about high representative of the international community in BiH.
“Apart from political Sarajevo, the most satisfied with today’s indictment is U.S. Ambassador Michael Murphy, in whose cabinet at the American Embassy this indictment was written and who is its true creator,” wrote the Cabinet of RS President Milorad Dodik yesterday.
To recall, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an indictment against Milorad Dodik, the President of the RS, and MilosLukic, acting director of the Official Gazette of the RS, because of the decree on the non-implementation of the decisions of the high representative in the territory of the entity of the RS, N1 reports.
