Donation for the Primary School “Srednje”

DOnacija Srednje 3Two trucks of desks, chairs, cabinets, school supplies and toys are shipped today from the Netherlands to the primary school “Srednje” in Ilijaš. The humanitarian organization from Netherlands Stichtung Kinderhulp Bosnie, in cooperation with the Foundation Hastor, today handed over a donation of school furniture to this institution, which still works on the construction of the school objects destroyed during the war.

Primary school “Medium” is a specific educational institution because the classes are held in four facilities, which are 21 km far from the main school.

The donations are received by the Director of the school Refik Kurtović, who on this occasion said: “Our goal is to do everything possible to provide optimal working conditions and to achieve better results of the teaching process. This is an important project within which we will replace old school furniture. I am using this opportunity that on behalf of students, parents, staff and on my name to thank donors and all those who have helped us implement this project”.

This donation was initiated by the cooperation of Stichtung Kinderhulp Bosnie with Hastor Foundation.
