Dzumhur to perform in Metz, Basic, Brkic and Setkic in Izmir

Dzumhur Basic klix.baAfter successful performances for our national team in the Davis Cup, Bosnian tennis players returned to their regular activities or performances in tournaments.

The best BH tennis player, Damir Dzumhur, will perform this week at the ATP tournament in Metz, worth 463,520 EUR, and he will play the first round against Spaniard Guillermo Garcia Lopez. This will be their third match, and 33-year-old Spaniard won in both previous matches.

The winner will play in the second round against Gilles Simon from France.

Mirza Basic, Tomislav Brkic and Aldin Setkic will perform at the ATP Challenger tournament in Izmir, which is played for money prize  of 64,000 EUR.

Basic will play against Nikola Milojevic from Serbia, while Brkic meets with qualifier from the Netherlands, Kevin Griekspoor. The winners of this match will meet in the second round.

The third BH tennis player, Aldin Setkic, will play against Swiss Yann Marti in the first round of Challenger in Turkey.

Out of the four BH players, only Setkic will perform on Monday.
