The earthquake hit Herzegovina late last night, with the epicenter near Bileća, and was also felt in Croatia.

The earthquake occurred at 1 a.m., 18 kilometers from Bileća. However, it was also felt in other Herzegovinian cities, as well as in the nearest cities in Croatia.

The earthquake was 3.3 on the Richter scale and at a depth of 10 kilometers.

Until this morning, there is no information about the fact that significant material damage was caused somewhere, and the testimonies on the website of the European Mediterranean Seismological Center say that it was an earthquake, which is not so strong. Some point out that it was short and noisy, and it woke some from their sleep.

In the south of Croatia, in most of the Dubrovnik-Neretva County, a moderate earthquake was also felt, which woke some people up, while Croats also report that the earthquake was noisy, Klix.ba reports.
