In front of the UN office in BiH, head of the communication department of the UN Agnesa Šećerkadić said to beginners of the program : ‘The development of entrepreneur conscience and skills in culture is necessary for survival of cultural scene of BIH. For the success of cultural project, apart from creative talent and good work, one must invest a lot of effort in order the present the creation to audience’.
Beginners of the program are young people from the entire BIH who are beginning their careers in culture, and their final task of this program is the production of the first SARTR’s concert ‘New Hopes of Sevdah’ which will be held in May this year.
‘This very intensive and innovative program will greatly help young people in their communities who try to create the new cultural scene. Practical work in organising the concert in late May, will be an excellent starting point for realization of similar event in their organisations’, said Damir Imamović at the opening ceremony.
The program will be focused on production of cultural, primarily music events and will include workshops, internship and production of concerts as a part of SARTR’s new sevdah program. The program will be lead by Damir Imamović, artist with long experience in production of sevdah projects and Bogdan Benigar, manager of Druga Godba festival.
Beginner of the program will also have the opportunity to work with other guest and lecturers who’ll focus on different aspects of program, financial and communicational management of cultural projects.
