More Efficient Access to Free Legal Aid in Canton Sarajevo

pravna_pomoc‘’More efficient access to free legal aid in Canton Sarajevo’’ is the topic of the roundtable that is organized today by the Foundation for Local Democracy. The roundtable will be conducted under the same name of the project, whose goal is to improve the system of free legal aid in Canton Sarajevo by improving the system of protections and realization of the rights of marginalized groups of citizens through cooperation and partnership of nonprofit and governmental organizations.

Participants of the roundtable will be representatives of organizations, associations and institutions who have some experience in working with vulnerable groups of citizens-women, women victims of war, Association of single parents, the Ombudsman institution, who will according to past experience present good practices, problems, as well as the importance of free legal aid for the most vulnerable groups of people, as well as proposals to improve cooperation.

Also, they will speak about the Law on legal aid and the need for its adoption at the state level in achieving equal access to law and justice for all citizens of B&H.
