Egypt will continue airdrop aid into the Gaza Strip

Military Spokesman Gharib Abdel Hafez said Saturday 02/03/2024 that Egypt will continue airdrop aid including tons of foodstuffs and urgent humanitarian needs into the northern Gaza Strip.

Citing unnamed military sources, the Egyptian public media Al-Qahera reports that the action of dropping aid from aircraft was carried out in collaboration with Jordan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The same source reports that ten tons of humanitarian aid were airdropped in the northern part of the Gaza Strip.

Aid was also delivered in the central parts of the Gaza Strip in the same manner.

Moreover, the same source reports that Egypt plans to continue such humanitarian actions, AA writes.
