Eid Mubarak to all Muslims!

This morning, Muslims around the world are celebrating the first day of Ramadan Bayram. Bayram, the biggest Muslim holiday began after a month of fasting during the month of Ramadan.

In mosques around Bosnia and Herzegovina, this morning Bayram namaz took place, prayers were prayed and Illahi were sung. The central Eid celebration was held in Gazi Husrev Bey’s Mosque in Sarajevo. The Bayram namaz took place at 05:30 o’clock.

The second day of Bayram is marked as a Day of the martyrs

Eid is usually congratulated with words’ Bayram Sherif Mubarek Olsun ‘, which when translated means’ Let Eid be blessed. It is responded as the ‘Allah razi olsun’, translated ‘May Allah be pleased.’
