Well-known B&H businessman Nihad Imamović will mark a new success-his product ‘Sok’ is becoming more prevalent in the market of our country, according to portal ‘Indikator.ba.’
‘’We have already implemented an agreement with supermarkets in Sarajevo on the sale of ‘Sok’ in Sarajevo. We have reached agreements with ‘Konzum’ and ‘FIS’ from Vitez on distribution throughout B&H. The job is going better’’, said Imamović for ‘Avaz’.
Since he left ‘ASA Group’ nearly three years ago, he devoted himself to business production and the sale of natural juices, and fruits and vegetables. He said that this week he will have discussions with partners from Saudi Arabia and Russia on joint investment, as well as the placement of products of ‘EIN Holding’ on the market. The facility for the production of ‘Sok’ is in Rajlovac.
‘’Everything is based in nature, without water, without any additives. ‘Sok’ has four years until its expiration date. Last season we finished with 200 tons production of natural juices’’, he said.
He said that, before he launched the business, he conducted a lot of research. He discovered that B&H has excellent agricultural potential, but that the problem is in organization. He said that B&H produces annually around 8.000 tons of apples, and that half of it fails.
‘’We agreed with the government of the Bosnian Podrinje Canton that we would buy at least 600 tons of products. The government has already planned incentives for farmers, and we will pay for goods on the sport. We have made a cooperative in Goražde and there we will employee around 100 people’’, said Imamović, and added that ‘EIN Holding’ bought 10 hectares of land that was unused, and where there are now plantations of apples, strawberries, pomegranates and strawberries.
