The Delegation of the European Union to BiH, in close cooperation with the Directorate for European Integration, will organize a series of brainstorming discussions with BiH authorities, civil society and the international community in BiH in the course of January and February concerning the introduction of second generation of the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance 2014 – 2020 (IPA II).
