EUFOR made a statement regarding the floods that have struck Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), as well as the heavy rainfall that caused landslides and rockfalls.
An EUFOR helicopter, which was dispatched at the request of the Ministry of Defense of BiH for medical evacuation assistance, rescued an injured child from Donja Jablanica.
“The H-145 medical helicopter extracted the injured patient from the landing zone on the platform of the railway station and successfully evacuated them to the Mostar Cantonal Hospital “Safet Mujic”.
EUFOR wishes a swift recovery to our little hero and stands with all the citizens affected by the devastating floods in BiH, offering support when needed,” EUFOR stated.
