Bosnia and Herzegovina and its capital Sarajevo will host the confernece of European culinary associations, the biggest annual culinary event in Europe, in April.
The conference will take place under the auspices of the World Culinary Association, in the organization of the Association of Chefs in BiH and with the support of Symbiosis agency from Sarajevo.
Organizers state that the conference is the central annual manifestation at the Old Continent and a unique opportunity for the promotion of country, city and natural and cultural beauties that they have to offer.
In the official part of that conference, representatives of European culinary associations will participate. Global Chefs Challenge – the semi finale competition of representatives of fifteen countries in three categories (Global Chefs Challenge, Global Pastry Challenge and Young Chefs Challenge) will be held at the Square of Alija Izetbegovic. Winners of the competition will participate in the final of Globe Chefs Challenge, that will ne held in Athens in 2016.
Organized tourist visit to cultural and historical attractions of Sarajevo and Herzegovina (Mostar, Pocitelj, Medjugorje( is planned for participants of the Conference and Global Chefs Challenge.
In yesterday’s gathering with representatives of media it was announced that the special guest of the event will be Ljubomir Stanisic, Sarajevan with the Portuguese address who has a culinary show at the 24 Kitchen channel.
