The Event “Spring in Museum” Began

proljece-u-muzejuThe Pedagogical Service of RS museum in Banja Luka, in cooperation with primary schools for the eighth consecutive year is organizing the traditional event “Spring in Museum” with the aim of educating students and the preservation of cultural heritage.

Pupils of primary schools accompanied by teachers of art education will draw at the RS Museum on the topic “Museum exhibit as an inspiration” until 28 March of this year.

250 primary school students from Banja Luka, Prijedor, Brezičani, Omarska and Vlasenica, as well as the children from the Center “Žaštiti me” and the Center for education and rehabilitation of hearing and speech disorder will participate at the art workshops.

The exhibition of art works in the RS Museum will be open until Wednesday, 25 April 2014, and the prize awards for the best art pieces is foreseen.

1.848 students have participated at the art workshops in the last 7 years, and 1.540 art works of students are exhibited at the Museum.
