Exemption from Municipal Taxes in the First Year of Operation of the Company?

taxesPublic discussion on the Draft decision on the amount of municipal taxes was held in the Municipality of Gorazde.

The public discussion was attended by the Committee for budget, finances and administrative issues, representatives of the Municipality of Gorazde, councilors in the Municipal Council, as well as the representative of the Association of Employers of BPK, and a representative of the company “Eco Ambalaze” Ltd. Gorazde.

As stated in the Law, the Municipality may increase the amount by 20% or reduce it by 40% by its own regulations, and regarding this, the Association of Employers of BPK submitted a proposal for amendments to the Decision on the amount of municipal taxes of BPK.

It was also proposed that the business subjects who are in the phase of establishing, should get the exemption of the taxes during the first year, in order to enable them to develop their business on the very beginning.
