The international exhibition “Austro-Hungarian period of Sarajevo” will be open tomorrow in Gazi Husrev-Bey’s Hanikah.
Around 50 works painted during the art colony which began on October 7th and was organized by the Gallery Preporod will be exhibited.
It’s the second International art colony which gathered painters from nine countries in the capital of B&H.
Participants from B&H were: Dževdet Nikočević, Ćazim Hadžimejlić, Edin Numankadić, Mensura Jahić, Merima Ivković, Mustafa Skopljak, Hamzalija Muhić, Ira Skopljak, Amra Kozić, Mersiha Merdžanović, Suvada Šaćiragić, Avdo Žiga, Damir Avdić and Mirsada Baljić.
Participants from other countries were: Ziyad Sultanov and Teymur Agalioglu from Turkey, Zalan Kertan from Hungary, Amir Khatib from Finland, Nevzat Kica Bejtuli from Macedonia, Ethem Baymak from Kosovo, Gabriele Schaffartzik from Germany, Ali Najar from Sweden and Gwen Jones from Great Britain.
The exhibition will be open tomorrow at 19:00 o’clock in the Gazi Husrev-Bey’s Hanikah.
