Exhibition ‘Think!’ by Alija Hafizović on 9 May in ‘Java’ gallery

Alija-Hafizović-Haf (1)Exhibition ‘Think!’ by Alija Hafizović Hafa will be opened on 9 May in Gallery of contemporary arts ‘Java’ in Sarajevo, reports Fena.

Hafizović is an artist who uses different media to express himself, and his latest art from the cycle ‘Think!’ (Misli!) expresses his opinion that in the choice of material as the bearer of the art is unlimited and in the same time it represents spiritual change in the development of an artist and it is an upgrade of his former works.

Hafizović was born in 1940 and finished high school and Art school in Sarajevo, and in his youth he was a singer, later journalist, caricature artists, director of theatre plays writer of radio and TV plays.

He had solo exhibitions of paintings, drawings, conceptual art, graphic design and caricatures.

He’s been awarded for graphic design, news stories, radio dramas and theatrical experiment.

Hafizović is the member of the Association of Artists of BiH (ULUPUBIH) and ULUBIH and ICOGRADA.

So far, had 40 solo and more than 60 group exhibitions in Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Italy, Germany, France, Luxembourg, UAE and Turkey, said the Gallery of Contemporary Arts ‘Java’.
