dom narodaSession of House of Peoples of FB&H Parliament will take place today in Sarajevo and will review the proposed strategic plan for the development and organization of FB&H Parliament Service for the period 2014-2016, as well as the proposed decision on the Parliamentarian Joint Service.

Then, in a separated session will be discussed laws that consist assisting flooded areas in FB&H.

One of the prepared law is foreseen to the establishment of a dedicated fund to help victims of floods. The FB&H government has confirmed a new text of that law because the House of Representatives last week did not give majority support to the current proposal. As the most common complaint, opponents cited that the proposed text does not provide adequate parliamentary monitoring over the activities of the Fund. The government in the new text incorporated amendments which seemed acceptable.

The second law of this set, which House of Representatives approved last week and today House of Peoples will discuss it, foresees the allocation of land for construction to those who lost houses in the floods.
