Representatives of the Ministry of Security of BiH will pay a visit to the Una – Sana Canton today, and they will assess the condition of facilities of Agrokomerc in the villages of Polje and Donja Vidovska, where, most probably, all migrants in this canton will be accommodated soon.

“We have a dispenser of the Healthcare Center of Velika Kladusa at the locality in Polje, and it is a much better space than the dormitory in Bihac. We will most likely accommodate families with children there. Its capacities are almost the same as those in the dormitory in Bihac. We believe that we will be able to accommodate about 300-400 people there,” noted Husein Rosic, the Prime Minister of Una – Sana Canton.

The remaining part of the migrants should be accommodated in facilities of Agrokomerc in the village of Donja Vidovska.

“Much larger space of Agrokomerc in Donja Vidovska will be prepared for all other migrants. We are yet to determine these capacities. According to the first information, around 5,000 people could be accommodated in Donja Vidovska,” said Rosic.

He also added that a smaller group of migrants should be moved to Hadzici.

Rosic could not specify the exact date when the facilities of Agrokomerc should be functional and when migrants from Bihac and Velika Kladusa will be moved.

A total of 2,040 migrants came to the territory of the Una-Sana Canton and they were registered by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Una-Sana Canton, and most of them came to Bihac and Velika Kladusa, although they are passing through Cazin and Buzim.

According to the current records, there are around 600 migrants in Bihac in the abandoned dormitory and retirement home, while there are about 350 people in Velika Kladusa.
