The director of the company BNT – Factory of Machines and Hydraulics Novi Travnik (BNT-TMiH), Besim Belegic, spoke out after this company had its permit for the production of military drones revoked.

As he said, BNT-TMiH has not received any Decision on the revocation of the permit for drone production, and therefore, at this moment, he cannot comment on it.

It should be recalled that the Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Stasa Kosarac, adopted a decision revoking the permit for drone production from the company BNT-TMiH due to, as he stated, violations of the Law on the Production of Arms and Military Equipment.

“What we assert is that the company strictly complies with the applicable legal regulations governing this field, as well as the instructions of the competent authorities. I emphasize that the company has exceptionally good cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH, and we believe that we will overcome the current situation to the satisfaction of all,” Belegic stated in his comment on the decision.

According to him, BNT-TMiH is continuing its regular activities aimed at strengthening the company, employing new workers, and increasing the volume of production.

“BNT-TMiH will achieve significantly higher revenues in 2026 than in 2025 and increase the number of employees,” Belegic concluded.
