Under the auspices of the Livno Municipality and the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry of the Livno Canton, the sales and shopping center “Forum” in Livno has organized the fair “Zlatne ruke Livnjaka” (“Golden Hands of Livno People”) during the weekend.
Fair, which is being held for the third time, was officially opened on Saturday, said Adriana Brešić on behalf of the organizers. Around thirty exhibitors applied for the fair, mostly from Livno and several guests from Tomislavgrad, Drvar, Bugojno etc. who recognized the fair as an opportunity to present their work.
“At the exhibition stands the visitors had an opportunity to taste autochthonous Livno cheeses, various liquors, jams, domestic pasta, and they could see handcrafts made with valuable hands (gold embroidery, Christmas decorations, nursery),” Bešić said.
Apart from above mentioned, as of this year the visitors got to choose the best exhibition stands for the first time. According to their selection, award for the best booth went to the Association “Titova pećina” from Drvar, the second award was won by the Museum “Stari grad”, while the third place went to the booth of the molder Mehmed Šehić.
