On the occasion of the unconstitutional day of the Republika Srpska (RS) entity, Bosnian and Herzegovinian (BiH) director Jasmila Zbanic also spoke out. She also touched on the scandalous move of Milorad Dodik, who decided to award Russian President Vladimir Putin with the Order of Honor on this day.
In her announcement, Zbanic made it clear that such manifestations are nothing more than parades of fascism, and for that she also condemned Europe, which is watching the development of fascism in the heart of Europe from the sidelines.
”Today, Vladimir Putin was awarded the Order of Honor at a fascist parade held near Sarajevo, which was organized by Serbian leader Milorad Dodik. Serbian nationalists, with the blessing of the Orthodox Church, celebrated the founding day of the ”RS”, the day when they started killing, raping, and destroying in the name of Greater Serbia. Such parades of fascists through this country from time to time are nothing new to us – but the most painful of all is how much these people are supported by the European political elite,” Zbanic said two days ago.
She added that the European Union (EU), through the mechanism of the high representative, has the power to stop these ”fascisms rampages”.
”This mechanism is called the Bonn Powers (the Bonn Powers authorize the High Representative to make binding decisions and remove public officials from office) Europe will pay a terrible price for cooperation with the Balkan fascists.
