Festival Artz: Apply for the Artistic Programs or become a Volunteer!

Artz (Klix)Festival of Contemporary Art Artz, organized by the International Portrait Gallery, will be held from 1st to 7th June this year in Tuzla with the participation of artists from the Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Slovenia, the Great Britain and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

From 8th February to 1st May, the public call for applications art programs (film, theater, radio, TV, performance, exhibition, etc.) was opened. The contest will remain open until 1st May 2015, and all who pass the selection will be notified by phone and e-mail in a period between 1st to 5th May 2015.

Festival of Contemporary Art Artz is a new wave of cultural life through artistic disciplines atypical for Tuzla. It is the only festival in the city that provides an opportunity for young people to actively educate and engage in the production of the festival, empowering them as young, potential cultural managers and future professional artists.

The festival is aimed to promote young artists (mainly professionals) who realized their creative work in the Balkans and the UK. It will be a seven-day program with an all-evening activities and accompanying art workshops.

Official partners of the Festival are Town of Tuzla and the British Council.
