the_whistleblowerOn occasion of 8 March, International Women’s Day, Nansen Dialogue Center Sarajevo announced a screening of the film ‘Whistleblowers’ for 5 March in hotel Europe in Sarajevo.

The film tells about the involvement of members of the international forces deployed under the UN in the trade of underage girls from Eastern Europe through B&H for sexual exploitation.

With the screening of the film, Nansen Dialogue Center wishes to focus public attention in B&H to the problem of trafficking. There will be an open discussion after the film.

Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to B&H Vibeke Lilloe will focus on this problem in her speech. Guest at the screening will be Kathryn Bolkovac, former employee of IPTF in B&H, whose experience was the inspiration for the film. The film was done by Voltage Pictures in cooperation with Whistleblower Canada and Barry Films Co-Production, by Laryse Kondracki.

This screening is financially supported by the Embassy of the Kingdom of Norway in B&H.
