bauhausThe first Bauahus Center in Sarajevo will be built by the end of the next year in municipality Novi Grad in Sarajevo. Works will continue after the New Year and 150 people will become employed.

The Mayor of Novi Grad Samir Efendić signed today a building permit for Bahause AG company, which officially ended the process of issuing building permits.

Efendić said that this is very important for our country because a negative atmosphere has been created for investors. This shows that investors are welcome to this municipality.

“We have waited three years for this day. After some problems in the beginning, we have come to the end with a transparent legal solution with communication. This situation enables us to start with projects and all plans. We plan to open the center in the last quarter of next year’’, said Helmut Diewald, Head of the International Expansion Department of Bauhaus AG.

The value of the investment is 47 million KM and a call for contractors will be open, and local contractors will be given an advantage.
