20160910195554_386757Mostar was the capital of technology yesterday. The first drone race in BiH, SPARK Multirotor Challenge, was held in the campus at Rodoč.

The multirotor aircraft race has been an official sport discipline for two years now. Its prize funds have already exceeded one million dollars. Although the prize fund of the BiH is significantly lower, that does not diminish the significance of this event which shows that BiH can also keep up the pace with events in the modern technological world.

Organizer of the race is association SPARK, whose members expressed great satisfaction with the fact that they managed to bring one innovative and modern event to Mostar.

Competitors in the race came from BiH, Serbia, and Croatia, and they competed in the disciplines FPV Racing (mini racer race) and Bullseye Challenge (competition in speed and precision of taking off and landing).
