The agreement on joint participation in the 2026 general elections, by which the Social Democratic Party of Bosnia and Herzegovina (SDPBiH), Narod i Pravda (NiP), People’s European Alliance (NES), Naprijed and the Movement of Democratic Action (PDA) will formalize cooperation with the aim of coordinated and joint political action in the upcoming election cycle in Bosnia and Herzegovina, will be signed tomorrow in Banja Luka.
The signing of the agreement will be attended by SDP president Nermin Nikšić, NiP president Elmedin Konaković, NES president Nermin Ogrešević, Naprijed general secretary Adil Osmanović, PDA general secretary Samir Imamović, as well as SDP deputies in the National Assembly of Republika Srpska.
As announced, the document defines the principles of joint performance, mutual support, campaign coordination and other forms of political cooperation in the upcoming General Elections.
Party leaders are expected to present key program priorities after the signing.
At the end of January this year, NES, PDA and Naprijed signed an Agreement on political synergy and joint action at all levels of government, with a focus on development, security and European integration. With this, they formalized the agreement on joint participation in elections and cooperation until 2030, confirming long-term political coordination.
