Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Republic of France, Bojana Kondić Panić, met with the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of France, Catherine Colonna, who welcomed granting EU candidate status to Bosnia and Herzegovina and expressed her belief that this will contribute to the acceleration of the realization of necessary reform processes in our country.

In addition to the above, she expressed the expectation that with the quick implementation of the election results and the establishment of government at all levels, the newly elected officials will focus on the socio-economic development of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the growth of life standards.

Ambassador Bojana Kondić Panić thanked Minister Colonna for her words of encouragement, as well as the support that the Republic of France provides to Bosnia and Herzegovina on the way to full membership in the European Union.

“The meeting took place during the traditional New Year’s reception, which the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of France organizes for representatives of the diplomatic-consular corps accredited in the Republic of France,” announced the Press Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
