Founding Assembly of Democratic Front in UNITIC on Sunday

kom?i?The founding assembly of the new political party in BiH called Democratic Front, whose founder is BiH Presidency member Željko Komšić, will be held on Sunday, 7 April in Sarajevo in UNITIC building at 14:00.

The legal minimum for holding a founding assembly is 50 members, but organizers announced the participation of more than 300 people.

The names of participants, as well as candidates for functions in the new party have yet to be announced.

Komšić, the former Vice-President of SDPBiH, left the party in July last year.

In a written statement to the press, Komšić ‘’expressed hope that his move will help the top of SDP BIH to abandon solutions that discriminate a large number of people in BiH and that solutions that guarantee the same rights to all citizens of our country would return.
