Linden Tree Planting Ceremony in Ambassadors’ Alley Today to Mark Earth Day

A linden tree planting ceremony will be held today in Ambassadors’ Alley on Earth Day.

A linden tree will be planted today at 12:00 by Ambassadors Maria Clara Duclos Carisio (Federal Republic of Brazil), Syed Qaiser Abbas Shah (Islamic Republic of Pakistan), Åge Sandal Møller (Kingdom of Denmark), Walid Ahmed Abdelfattah Haggag (Arab Republic of Egypt)

Foreign diplomats will be welcomed by the Mayor of the Stari Grad Sarajevo Municipality Irfan Čengić in Ambassadors’ Alley (400 meters from the Children’s Playground “Friendship Park” in the direction of Kozija ćuprija).

238 linden trees have currently been planted in Ambassadors’ Alley.
