Today, four victims of the past war were identified at the Commemorative Center in Tuzla, three from the area of Srebrenica and one from the area of Bratunac, the Institute for Missing Persons for BiH announced.
The victims in the Srebrenica area in the summer of 1995 were officially identified – twins Samir and Semir Hasanovic, and Salcin Sinanovic.
The family confirmed the identity of Hadzira Muhic, who went missing in the Bratunac area in 1993, and whose remains were exhumed last year.
These victims were first identified through the DNA method, and today that identity has been confirmed by members of their families.
