WiFiThe company Centrotrans Eurolines conducted a survey with the users of city buses on the lines of Canton Sarajevo, aiming to research the satisfaction of passengers of Centrotrans services.

“More than 5.000 passengers gave their opinion in the survey that lasted 15 days. With their positive assessments and suggestions, it confirmed the efforts of this company, but also assisted in the further plans and activities aiming to provide better transport services”, said for Fena the Spokesperson of Centrotrans company Aida Smajić.

Based on the survey and on the suggestions of passengers it was decided to introduce additional services starting from Monday, 24 March, which will improve the quality of transport and will provide to passengers services that they did not have so far and which they consider are needed in city transport.

“As a result of the survey, Centrotrans offers new services, and those are return tickets for Vijećnica – Dobrinja line and wireless Internet for city transport”, said Smajić.

Centrotrans Eurolines introduces the return ticket Vijećnica – Dobrinja – Vijećnica, with a price of 3 BAM.

A new service is also the introduction of a free Internet service in the city lines Vijećnica – Dobrinja and Sutjeska – Vogošća, after which this service will be extended to other bus lines of suburban -urban traffic”, she added.
