biciklDelphine Beulne from the French Damblain  is touring towns and attractions in the region by bike. After Podgorica, Mostar and Sarajevo, Beulne visited Srebrenica and continued to tour the rest of the country. She mostly sleeps in a tent, and eats what she has brought with herself.

‘’I was really pleasantly surprised by the natural beauty of Bosnia and Herzegovina, but from what I have been, what is most impressing is the kindness of people. People greet me warmly and offer me accommodation and food’’, says Delfina.

What she will remember most from this trip is the visit to the Memorial Center in Potočari, where she saw the extent of the suffering of Bosniaks.

‘’I am very sad of what I have seen there. I knew something about Srebrenica, but before arriving there, I could not even guess what kind of tragedy took place here’’, she said.

After Zvornik and Divič, where she spent the night, the next stops will be Tuzla, Banja Luka and Jajce. Her journey will finish at the end of this month in Zagreb, from where she will get the train to go back home to France.
