ObukeDeutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH begins the second phase of the implementation of education for providers through the project ‘Support to Adult Education’ in 2014.

Through this project during the first phase from 2011-2013, GIZ GmbH worked on the development of new non-formal training programs, and whose ultimate aim is to target the training of employees and the actual needs of the B&H labor market and to facilitate the finding of a new job or to improve at an already existing job.

In cooperation with local partners 16 training programs have been developed and implemented to suit the needs of the market.

Already by mid-2014, the project ‘Support to Adult Education’ in cooperation with international experts from these areas begins with the implementation of education for providers of training at these thematic areas in five modules.

Each module will be implemented separately in workshops for up to three days, and the time between two modules lasting two to three months will be used for the implementation of what has been learned into practice.

Each training provider who is selected for participation in this project activity will create a new training program during this period. In order to develop and implement the training program the project ‘Support to Adult Education’ will provide the necessary funding of up to 20.000 BAM for every trainer’’, announced GIZ.
